Housing Support Services Program/Centralized Intake Agency

Lyon County Human Services

Eligible homeless participants work with a case manager to complete the centralized intake process to determine available housing program options. Case manager will educate and provide clients with available resources and referral options to assist with short, mid, and long term stable and healthy living options.
