- 8 oz / 2 cups sharp natural cheddar cheese – shredded
- 4 hard boiled eggs – chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped ripe olives
- 2 Tbsp chopped mild green chilis
- 2 Tbsp sliced green onions
- 4 tsp vinegar
- Dash of garlic salt
- 6 hard rolls
- Mix ingredients (minus the rolls) into a large bowl.
- Slice tops off rolls or split them.
- Scoop out centers and fill with mix.
- Wrap each roll in aluminum foil.
- Cook at 400ºF for 15-20 minutes.
