Diet Breakfast Sausage

– Grandma Schneider

  • (1) pound ground turkey
  • (1/4) teaspoon – black pepper
  • (1/4) teaspoon – paprika
  • (1/2) teaspoon – ground sage
  • (1) small onion – diced
  • (1/4) cup – dry breadcrumbs (optional)
  • (1) Tablespoon oil (optional)
  1. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
  2. Form into 8 patties.
  3. Fry slowly until brown on each side (about 20 minutes)
