– Grandma Schneider
- (1) pound ground turkey
- (1/4) teaspoon – black pepper
- (1/4) teaspoon – paprika
- (1/2) teaspoon – ground sage
- (1) small onion – diced
- (1/4) cup – dry breadcrumbs (optional)
- (1) Tablespoon oil (optional)
- Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
- Form into 8 patties.
- Fry slowly until brown on each side (about 20 minutes)
