Makes 12-16 sandwiches
- 12 ounce can of corned beef
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 2 cups chopped celery
- Shred corned beed with a fork
- Mix together with ketchup, mayonnaise, onions, and relish.
- Add celery.
- Chill overnight.
